Since becoming sight and hearing impaired I was concerned that many of my creative interests would have to cease, having always enjoyed taking photographs, I thought that I would no longer have access to this creative world.

I have embarked upon a journey wherein the positives have outweighed the negatives by far and not only has my passion been maintained, it has been opened up to me through the development of a multi-sensory approach. These new skills are reflected in my ability to produce work, which is more widely accessible to all.

To make sense of my surroundings the work reflects how I view the world using contrasts of light and dark.

I feel privileged to share this work with you.
